Refund policy

Hazel's Starter Pack is a one-time digital purchase ($17 USD), covering 5 videos. If it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and usually appear within 5–10 business days. After a refund, access to the Starter Pack is removed.

Terms of service

What you get. A personal, non-transferable licence to use the e-books, prompts, images, tutorials and guides in Hazel's Starter Pack to create your own content. You may not resell, share or redistribute the library files.

Payments. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown in USD.

AI content. Hazel is an AI-generated character. You are responsible for following each social platform's rules, including labelling AI-generated content.

No guarantee of results. We share what worked for us. Earnings and growth depend on your effort, consistency and many outside factors, and are not guaranteed.

Third-party tools. The Starter Pack recommends third-party AI tools. Their pricing, availability and terms are set by those providers.

Liability. The Starter Pack is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Your email address when you join the newsletter, and your name, email and order details when you buy. Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card.

How we use it. To deliver your purchase, send the newsletter you signed up for, and answer your messages. We don't sell your data.

Service providers. Lemon Squeezy (payments), Kit (newsletter) and Cloudflare (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, no tracking cookies).

Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email with one click, or email us to access or delete your data.
